Problem: 10 blow molding machines running in the same workshop: in summer the hydraulic oil exceeded 65 °C, parison temperature drifted and bottle wall thickness went out of tolerance, with frequent overheat shutdowns.
Solution: 2 units of AGD-15IW water-cooled chillers, with separate temperature control loops for hydraulic oil and molds, supplying chilled water at a constant setpoint to keep oil temperature and parison temperature stable.
